iRis Application is a calories counter featuring user physical activity monitoring. Based on data input by user, the application:
1) Recommends the optimum weight
2) Calculates the optimum rate of losing weight
3) Recommends on how many calories you can consume with food to reach the
weight losing targets
4) Shows the statistics of the calories consumed during breakfast, dinner,
supper
5) Shows the amount of fats, proteins, carbohydrates consumed
6) Shows the physical activity
7) Shows the amount of calories burnt off during the day
